How to Register for Courses
Many courses fill quickly, so we suggest that you register at your earliest convenience. If a class is filled, please call 212-255-4141 to be placed on our waiting list. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Full payment is due at time of registration. There is a nonrefundable $10 registration fee per transaction.

- IN PERSON: Monday through Friday, from 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. at 30 W. 26th Street, 12th Fl. (between 6th Ave. & Bdwy.) New York, New York 10010. Please make checks or money orders payable to: Culinary Center of New York, Inc. We also accept American Express, Visa, or MasterCard.

Course Confirmation
Register online or in person, and you will receive a Course Confirmation, which you should download and print out. If you register by fax or by mail, please include your e-mail address, so that we can send your Course Confirmation by e-mail. Otherwise you will receive it by mail. You must bring this Course Confirmation notice to class with you. It is your ticket of admission.
